Local Election Debate at the Braga Youth Centre
The Braga Youth Centre, as a space for promoting civic participation and active citizenship, continues to assert itself as a privileged meeting point for debating ideas and building a more informed and participatory community.
Therefore, in the context of the 2025 Local Elections, the Braga Youth Centre will host a debate between the candidates for Braga City Council, offering all citizens the opportunity to learn about their proposals and visions for the future of the city. This will be a key moment of democratic confrontation, open to dialogue and reflection.

The debate is organised by Rádio Universitária do Minho (RUM), with the support of the Braga Youth Centre, and will be broadcast live on the radio and also via streaming.
Starting on Monday, the general ticket office will be open to the public at the Braga Youth Centre. Please note that available seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be sufficient for all interested parties.
This debate is a unique opportunity to strengthen the exercise of active and conscious citizenship, bringing young people and the community closer to the democratic process.
