IV ENEN – National Meeting of Nutrition Students
Between 17 and 19 October, the Braga Youth Centre hosted the IV National Meeting of Nutrition Students (ENEN), an initiative that brought together young people from all over the country for three days of training, sharing and socialising, dedicated to promoting health, balanced nutrition and collaborative work among future professionals in the field.
The event programme included training sessions, thematic workshops, debates, cultural moments and community intervention activities, promoting skills development and reflection on the current challenges of nutrition and well-being.
The Braga Youth Centre was delighted to welcome participants with dynamic integration activities designed to create a welcoming and participatory environment. To complement this reception, an interactive peddy paper was organised, allowing participants to discover the different areas of the Centre in a fun and collaborative way, encouraging team spirit and interaction among everyone.
Among the highlights of the meeting were the welcome barbecue, the gala dinner and the final debate, which closed the event with reflections on the future of nutrition and the active role of young people in promoting healthy lifestyles.
More than just a meeting, the IV ENEN represented a space for learning, collaboration and celebration, reinforcing the commitment to an informed, participatory youth that promotes health and well-being.
